Cosmetic Registration

FDA Cosmetic Registration (VCRP)

The FDA’s voluntary cosmetic registration programme is open to American producers, packers, and distributors of cosmetic goods.

Cosmetic items that need to be marketed in the US employ the FDA Cosmetic Registration VCRP. In place of providing a completed copy of your Cosmetic Product Listing Form via CD, this serves as evidence of FDA registration if you already have a cosmetic product on the market.

Cosmetic registration is not required by the Food and Drug Administration (VCRP). Manufacturers are not required to register their facilities or their products with the US FDA.
