Affirmation of Impartiality – IBC The top management of IBC is dedicated to maintaining objectivity in all management system certification operations.

IBC controls conflicts of interest and assures the objectivity of its management system certification operations because it recognises the value of impartiality in such activities.

The potential for conflicts of interest originating from the supply of certification, including any conflicts arising from its affiliations, have been discovered, examined, and recorded by IBC.

The main purpose of IBC auditor training is to improve the efficacy of client firms’ quality and environmental systems, which in turn results in complete customer satisfaction in accordance with standards requirements.

Top Management also makes sure that conflicts of interest do not come up during decision-making or the certification process.

The actions of the certified clients or anyone connected with them must not have an impact on the transparency, confidentiality, independence, or impartiality of the certification operations by and on behalf of IBC.

IBC Top Management thus certifies that IBC will adhere to ISO 17021:2011 regulations and guarantee impartiality for all personnel involved in certification operations and throughout all of its Management System Certification periodically.
