If complaints are not closed within three months of the agreed time frame, they will be brought to the attention of the Accreditation Body for further consideration and resolution.
SYSTEM CERTIFICATION
IBC specializes in conducting system certifications against international standards and customer requirements. What sets IBC apart is that its auditors are industry experts who possess real-time knowledge in relevant fields. They provide valuable guidance to organizations, highlighting areas where the system could potentially encounter challenges.
Implementing a system enables organizations to systematically assess risks and opportunities and involve employees and stakeholders in overcoming such issues. An organization that relies more on systems rather than individuals demonstrates a healthy approach and is better equipped for continual improvement and sustainability in competitive environments.
System certifications have evolved since the proposal of Quality Management certification in 1987. The success of this certification led to the introduction of others, such as Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety, Information Security, and Energy Management systems, among others.
A Management System serves as a tool for effective control and identification of opportunities for continual improvement. Certification by an expert body helps organizations steer their systems in the right direction, identify flaws, and implement effective improvements. Certification also provides assurance that the organization has implemented and maintains an internationally recognized system in line with its policie.
